Product Review: I have the silver plated model and chose it for my daily player. (My symphonic tenor and my bass are vintage and I don't like to play them daily) This Conn is a great design, but I have visible solder blobs, and the tuning slide is not very smooth. Very tight tolerance on handslide means frequent lubrication. A nice slide though; I do like the horn and enjoy it a lot for jazz and commercial-style playing.
