Product Review: I've been playing this horn for about 2 years as my everyday all around horn. I bought it used in good shape. To me, this horn plays every bit as well as any Strad or Xeno I've ever tried. I love the feel of the horn in my hands. The fit and finish are top notch and it's really beautiful with Nickel, yellow brass and Gold brass. The lacquer was peeling unevenly, so I had it stripped to raw brass and it's beautiful in raw brass and doesn't even turn my hands green like other raw brass horns. It's on the heavy side, which I like, but it's not so heavy that it's difficult playing a long gig. The tone is beautiful and focused. It can light up in the upper register. The price, these horns are a pretty incredible value. I highly recommend it.
