  1. Bach Strad Model 50B Bass Trombone

I have an old Bach Stradivarius Model 50B Bass Trombone, serial # 55466 that I am trying to find more information about. It seems to be in pretty good condition, aside from the usual wear and tear to the finish. The slide works great, as do the two rotary valves.
I play the trumpet, and do not really have very much use for the trombone, so I am probably going to try to sell it, so I am specifically trying to find out how much it is worth.

  2. Bach Strad Model 50B Bass Trombone

    Hey Curtis,
What kind of information are you looking for? The serial number is not of the Mt. Vernon or New York years so there would not be a shop card to your horn. As for the value, since it has two valves, does it have a dependent or independent set up? Does it have a 9 1/2 or 10 1/2 inch bell? Is it Yellow or Gold Brass?

The answers to these questions will alter the over all value of the horn for the better or worse.
