  1. 1929 Silver Plated Trumpet

Serial # 97598 I believe the year built was 1929 can anyone confirm?
Can anyone give me a guesstimation of value?
Anyone interested in purchasing this horn?

  2. This would most likely be a Holton student trumpet. Most likely worth around $100-$200. Are there any other unique markings on the trumpet? look on the specific bell engraving or numbers on the lead pipe...

  3. Holton Trumpet

There's nothing on the bell except some floral looking engravings withe the Holton information in the Center, has LP stamped up near the mouth piece and it appears to have a small bell compared to another King student horn I have.

  4. The LP = Low Pitch which is what trumpets are today. This was probably from the era of "pea shooters" with a small bore configuration. Most likely worth the $100-200 range, but is highly dependent on the condition of the instrument.
