have holton trumpet with serial no. 47380. Need any information on this instrument.

Around 1919-1920, this is an early model Holton trumpet. Any unique engravings on the bell or lead pipe?

The trumpet is silver plate (probably) and does have floral etchings on the lead pipe. Cleaned up beautifully and etching is very clear. Any information on value?

Without any specific markings on the bell/leadpipe (#) - would guess this was a basic line trumpet. Would guess a value less than <$100-$200, but can be highly dependent on condition. Another way to look at similar values, would be to do a eBay, Advanced Search, Completed Auctions, Search for Holton and look for similar configured trumpets.
