Cons: restricted feel limits higher ranges

A good horn for a beginning trumpet player, but not for the advanced student.

Pros: looks sexy, great for all around students not willing to spend thousands of dollars.
Cons:

I bought this trumpet and kept playing it still to my junior year. I still think it's a great trumpet.

Pros: Well made and clear sound
Cons: Limited in the higher ranges when you get more advanced

Bought when I left school - a great all round trumpet for those who want Bach quality at a budget price.

Pros: Great for beginners
Cons: Noticeably limits range, possibly restricts tone

I have played this horn for three years now, and its great for middle school and maybe freshmen or sophomores. But at the level I've begun to play at, I've noticed alot of difficulty hitting higher range notes that I have no problem with on other horns I have used.

I'm not positive about this, but I feel like it has restricted my tone significantly. Despite all I do and all my practice, there has been no real improvement of my tone in 2 years, but when I pick up other horns, there is a major difference in tone quality. Other than these cons, its a perfect trumpet for ANY beginner. And, its cheap!

Pros: Easy to play, Good for beginners
Cons: Range, and can't play loud

It's the way I started trumpet, and it was perfect for that, but once you can play above the staff, this trumpet is no longer a good choice. I can play a super G on my other instruments, but no higher than a C on this one.
