An old-world instrument with a new-world voice is a description that best characterizes the B-170 Artist valve trombone. The B-170 is capable of providing an awesome sound in today's jazz ensembles, where inflections and nuances are abundant. You can order the opitonal slide section to be able to play it like a standard trombone as well.

Pros: Awsome Sound, Quality and Price
Cons: NONE

Superb quality, rich tone and easy to play. It's free blowing and good enough for a beginner and a demandant profesional musician. I'm a pro-trumpet player who found a new love in the B-170 valve trombone. And the finish (silver) is just perfect. I play it every day and everybody like it's sound and features. Thanks Blessing.
