Pros: good quality for the price
Cons: some occasional intonation issues

I bought this as a practice and "rough gig" type of horn, rather than putting wear and tear on a higher ticket horn. I have used it to play jazz with groups many times with good results. It has a flexible sound, depending on your tone and mouthpiece setup. It can go very dark or very bright, but not shrill. Valves are very fast, as long as you keep them well-lubricated.

On the down side, I find that I use my slides to control the pitch of certain notes (low E and low and high A in particular) a bit more than I would with a pro horn. It also gets a little tricky to slot in the upper register around F above staff.

If you're looking for a quality student horn but don't want to buy a junker, I'd look into one of these. A student who shows promise may outgrow it eventually, but it makes a decent backup or practice horn. Good value for the money, but you may want to try several. I've heard quality can be inconsistant. Mine is a good one.

Pros: good quality.
Cons: the sound maybe too slight.

This is my first trumpet and I've played it about over 9 years. That's right. It has a flexible sound.Values are fast.Just used in daily practice, I think that is a good choice.
