Pros: Beautiful tone, 1st slide trigger, attractive design, shepards crook, extra high tension springs
Cons: trigger spring rattles, case isnt great

Incredible cornet for the price. I compared this to a Getzen Custom cornet (with the copper bell), and it was CLOSE. I chose this horn over the Getzen and a Bach Strad I tested, sounds way better than a Strad.

Price is unbeatable for the quality. Tone is full and intonation is right on. Upper register distorts a little bit, until I got used to playing it. Valves are wonderful, even without the high tension springs, they will go as fast as your fingers can take them. Trigger is a blast to use, I just wish it had the third slide trigger also. The spring on the trigger tends to rattle a bit on heavy notes with the trigger pressed in.

The biggest problem with the horn is the case. It is nice, but an ugly color inside, and has no storage room at all.

IF YOU GET THE CHANCE, BUY THIS CORNET, YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED. TOTALLY UNBEATABLE FOR THE PRICE!
