Pros: Fantastic Response and sound in Upper register
Cons: Just the opposit in the lower regiter

I played this horn extensively at TMEA as I helped a friend pick a horn out. I was sold on this one intil I started playing scales in the pedal range. It was so stuffy, I couldn't hit an EEb to save my life. However, the upper range was -=fantastic=-! I could hit partials anywahere! Just picking notes out of the air with very little effort.
Not a good all-around horn - but if you just want it for quintet, go for it!
