Flexibility, tone quality, control

Cons:

Narrow slide causes the embouchure to be off center

An excellent all around trombone. It's bright sound tends toward jazz and solo use but can be used in classical music in the high range. This newest version of the famed King 3b is very well made. The slide is excellent and the construction of the horn is near perfect. It comes with a stock 7c mouthpiece. The case design is excellent.

Pros:

Gorgeous tone quality, slotting is excellent
|
|
Cons:

A bit too bright for Orchestral work perhaps

I recently bought the King 2103 SGX version, and was blow away at how easy it played. Nothing more to be said other than that this is my first choice in a trombone, whether it be jazz or solo work. The 2B in comparison is nice, but just doesn't have the same silky tone to it in my opinion.
