Pros: Compact sound, good valves
Cons: low c was naturally flat

This Flugel was suprising. The build quality from Weril in Brazil was first rate for the price and was generally a pleasure to play although low c was flat. The upper register was forgiving with good air support and this horn was a definate visual piece at gigs with its teal green finish and gold accents. This horn gave me little trouble with the finish, with good care of course. Nice piece if you can find one!

Pros: Sound and Looks
Cons: 1st valve stick. Poorly designed slide trigger.

The slide trigger kept falling off due to bad design/solder. I had it fixed on several occasions and now after 4 repair attempts, I just kept it off.
