Dizzy's original King Silver Flair is on display at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington D.C. This King Silver Flair Dizzy Gillespie model 2055DZ trumpet is only trumpet officially licensed by the Gillespie estate. It includes the most modern features, including a one-piece bell with a beautiful engraving of Dizzy himself.
Other outstanding modern features include Monel pistons, .462 bore, first and third slide saddles, Silver plated finish, King professional 3C mouthpiece, deluxe leather trimmed case with leather shoulder strap.

takes some getting used to
well, i bought this horn about a month ago, and it plays kindof like the original silver flair. the bell creates a brighter sound, and you have to adjust when your playing. truly a wild horn. everyone in my jazz band loves it
