Pros:
Sterling silver bell, bright tone, large bore, quality of build is very high
Cons:
No longer made
This is a 1932 vintage horn in mint condition and is my favorite. It oozes quality from the setrling silver bell to the valve plating. All slides and valves are serial numbered to the horn. The horn slots very well, is not stuffy and the valves are fast and smooth. It has a bright tone and is as comfortable in an ensemble as it is as a Jazz or swing lead horn. It is one of the easiest horns to play I've owned. I think a "10" is perfection so only a "9". I ranked my 1930 Committee a "9" also.
