Bought off eBay. My third M Calicchio to try after a lifetime of large bore Benges and Schilkes. Tried the 6310Z, 8310Z, and Schilke B4 all in transition in my search for endurance. The Calicchio 1S/3M Anniversary really hit it; sound good, play the right notes at the right time and be there at the end of the night.....this horn really makes a difference. I play to mikes and recording...not to blow my friends off the stage. Sings high and yet with a deeper piece can do all the usual legit stuff.....I'm playing better than 30 years ago....Thanks in part ot this 1S/3M and my 1sZ/3rM (total sizzle) the future looks bright. Now to try a Tulsa build. 16 Cruise ships, 9 years at Busch Gardens and 20 years in the military....Finally !!
