We have made a number of single-key, three-valve A and Bb piccolo trumpets for many of our top clients. These instruments are made to be played in only one key—either Bb or A. Designing them for use in only one key allows us to avoid most of the compromises that we feel have plagued piccolo trumpet design in the past. The key to using these new instruments are our Monette Bb and A piccolo mouthpieces, which we feel allow these revolutionary new designs to outperform any conventional piccolo trumpet.
