Pros: moderate price
Cons: none, need to get a good cornet mouthpiece for advanced

Tone is excellent. Extended range possible with the mouthpiece appropriate for the level of the given player. Craftsmanship good to excellent. Case is good but no mouthpiece holder. I use a pouch for my mouthpiece to avoid dings and scratches. I selected this model to avoid the 1st valve saddle. I wanted to avoid the complexity. the valve action is smooth but not as fast as a Bach and the maker recommends a break in period. I think the break in is valid.
