Pros: Very open, responsive horn with great valves.
Cons: N/A

This vintage horn was cosmetically damaged, but, for a small investment it plays the best of any horn I've picked up, including my Bach Strad 43G.
It is very responsive and plays easily in the upper register. Like the Strad 43 it is a good horn for a broad spectrum of music. I picked this horn to be a back-up horn, but, I am finding I prefer to play it. For an aspiring student who needs an inexpensive pro level horn the DeVille is a great value. What I paid would be hard to find, but for $300.-400. USD hard to beat.

Pros: Great trumpet, very good valves
Cons: N/A

This is an amazing trumpet, I don't know why this trumpet isn't more popular. Is really a great value for the price.

Cons:

My review above said I paid $475.00. I found the actual sales receipt -- it was actually $385.00 purchased in 1972.

Pros: tone and valves
Cons: high c and above impossible to reach

I paid $200 in 1968 and it just doesn't compare to my Blessing which is much easier to play, with a better tone than my Selmer.
